Singapore-headquartered Ninja Van Group is giving Southeast Asian SMEs more access to supply chain management solutions as part of its US$100 million pledge to boost logistics in the region.
Initially launched in Thailand in January, the company’s end-to-end procurement solution, Ninja Direct, is now available to SMEs in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Through the service, dedicated account managers can aid businesses in supplier management and negotiations, payments, cross-border logistics, and customs clearance.
This service expansion comes after Ninja Van Group launched Ninja Fulfillment, which focuses on inventory management, and Ninja Financing, which provides payments solutions. It also previously rolled out Ninja Mart in Malaysia and Vietnam, which links household brands to small sellers.
“Today’s supply chains are complex networks of suppliers, transportation, financial service, and manufacturing partners, many of which are changing on an ongoing basis. The ability to navigate and build resilient supply chains is a crucial part of any business’ success,” said Firas Alsuwaigh, chief strategy officer at Ninja Van Group.
